The Bayelsa Social Media Committee heartily felicitates with His Excellency, Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson, Governor of Bayelsa State on his appointment as Member of International Board of visitors of the prestigious Lincoln University in the United States of America.

We are aware of your monumental strides especially as regards the aggressive pursuit of Human Capital Development in the State since you assumed office. Your declaration of Free Education; the expansion of the Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme, the massive construction work going on in the educational sub-sector and the establishment of more schools to produce a stock of manpower to drive the economy are not only commendable but unprecedented in the history of Bayelsa State. We know that your handwork, visionary leadership and sincerity of purpose won you the prestigious honour because there are no short cuts to anyplace worth going.

We pray God to enable you rededicate yourself to the commitment of improving the lot of Bayelsan and by extension Nigerians and to use the appointment as to attack similar partners to boost human capital development in our dear State. Your Excellency, Sir more victories, honours and laurels are coming your way as you work relentlessly to place the State on the orbit of accelerated development.
