  1. REACTIONS FROM THE SOCIAL MEDIA

Here are some fundamental Questions for you to answer as follows?
    1) Will these persons or individuals so assigned to cover such duties be paid?
    2) Or are these individuals doing so on volunteer basis?
    3) Will the government or perhaps the e-governance agency of the government tangibly provide some functional government telephone numbers by which the residents of the state or of the city of Yenagoa can therefore easily reach anyone of these individuals or more so those in government without leaving his or place of abode just to speak with those in government.
    4) Government should and must be brought closer to the people as that’s the true dividend of true democratization.
    5) Can the INCOMMUNICADO JINX of those in government ever be broken?
    6) Keeping in contact with their primary constituencies and constituents, in advanced societies or nations, is what make those societies or nations seen highly organized and functional.
    7) Is it the same in Bayelsa state or
    8) Are those in government shielded away from their primary constituents? Just wondering. Respectfully, thanking you all.

ANSWERS: 1. The persons will be given logistics from my overhead. 2.The persons already have telephone lines and airtime will be provided for them and ultimately ICT gadgets will be provided for them.3. FRANCO FRANCIS, I do not know what you mean my INCOMMUNICADO? I receive visitors in my office everyday. The other questions are general and not relevant at all. From inception, government has made it clear that we have to do things in a different way if we need different results. Why can’t we be optimistic for once? You were listed for special recognition but on that day we did not see you neither did you send a representation. You have contributed a lot but you are still talking as if you are campaigning. I thought, by now we should engage those in power and implement those laudable ideals we have so profusely talked about. YOU CAN HELP IN THE AREA OF EDUCATION, WATER SUPPLY AND HEALTH. Thank you.

John Idumange: Greetings and I respect and admire your Passion but telling you things like it is or pointing things out to you when you’re not meeting the required international standards for good governance should not be seen as criticism. This is so when you’re appointed to have an oversight on such crucial government matters then you must a principle allow the common citizens like me to point out those flaws, if you will.
And please, don’t see such citizen’s complaints as a mere criticism or campaigning slogans. No, it ain’t.
Remember, I’ve called and texted you severally even before I left the USA before my arrival in Nigeria, about 2 months ago. And I’ve been around now for two months and one week plus and had even informed Nwokedi Nworisara, Faith and Blessing among others about your inability to communicate effectivetly, efficiently and proficiently with the under-represented and poor citizen like me and more in the streets of Yenagoa and in the entire state. Check your phones or e-mail or even Facebook inbox and you will notice that I just texted you just about a week ago but again you refused to respond.
And am not the only one complaining about your INCOMMUNICADO SYNDROME. A young Bayelsan resident in Warring whom I informed about the recent job pre-registration for employment database equally complained about this your chronic INCOMMUNICADO SYNDROME. So did a young man resident in PH. Both complained of contacting you but you consistently failed to return their calls or text messages. My advise? That ain’t the way to go.
This is not to say you are a bad person. No, that ain’t the point. But just your a BAD COMMUNICATOR to reaching out to the under-privileged or under-represented. I know you can do better than than that. My question therefore is if you that’s a professional in Communications Arena can be so chronically REMAINING INCOMMUNICADO, then we got another thing coming.
And oh! A reminder, you as a government representative, don’t label a complaint by a citizen as “irrelevant”.
That’s a No No in good governance SOP and that is rule 102 in good governance.
With respect to your list of things we can do to assist this administration? Yes, I will and am highly able and well positioned to assist this administration in the areas you’ve just listed but just bear in mind that those things cannot be done in a vacuum but with people and more so with people in government. Am still open for transparent and open dialogues.
Consequently, I’ve endeavored to reachout to you but you have chosen to remain Incommunicado.
While, I just keep wondering. Respectfully, thanking you.

  3. I’d personally like to retire in San Raphael, France on the Mediterranean Sea. It is so wonderful! I’d also operate on learning French since pretty few folks there speak English.
